The annual mission trip to Warm Springs is comig up very fast. Here is some information you should know about.
Cost: $100
March 23-28, 2012. We will leave on the 23rd at 6:30pm we will return to OCEC on the 28th in the 1-4pm time range.
You must be in a LifeGroup to go. You can only miss ONE LifeGroup and still be a team member for Warm Springs. Sometimes things come up and you must talk with Pastor Josh about this in advance or as soon as it happens.
You being in a LifeGroup is your sign up for the trip.
February 8 is the deadline of Warm Springs sign up. Deposit along with the Application and Covenant (these are coming out soon) are due on this date. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
March MANDATORY training. You cannot miss this training. Date and time will be coming out soon.
March 18-Remaining balance of the trip is due

If the $100 is too much money for you then start looking for ways you can raise some of the money. Do some work around the neighborhood. Collect pop cans (bring them into the church and I will take care of the cans for you).

LifeGroups will be officially starting up on January 16. It is on this date the requirement for Warm Springs takes place.

LifeWire is going to sell Yankee Candles again! This time we are going to sell in the fall and will have the candles in time for Thanksgiving; how cool is that?!
Selling starts on September 7. Ends on October 7.
The file download will tell you the information that you need to know so refer to that for more information.
This is a great way to help offset the cost of Warm Springs and camp. All of the money raised will go to the student UNLESS they sell more than what Warm Springs and camp cost.
Prizes for the top 2 sellers:
Top seller will get a HD Flip Camera
Second top seller will get a $20 gift card to iTunes
Rules for the prizes:
Each student to be entered into the prize race must have their own order form; no combining forms.
The top seller is classified by raising the most money AFTER Yankee Candle takes their 60%.
All money and forms MUST be turned into Pastor Josh before October 11; 12:30pm PST
