HELLO LIFEWIRE!

Tomorrow, Wednesday August 31 we are going to have alot of fun. Why you might ask? Well, we are OFFICALLY going to be a Middle School on that night; we will become a group that has 6th, 7th & 8th graders! How cool is that?! I am so excited to have the 6th graders joining us on this night.

In honor of this special night and LifeWire making history we are going to have some ice cream...not just one bowl but ALL YOU CAN EAT! That's right, I said ALL YOU CAN EAT ice cream!

Meet at 7pm and be ready for a great time. We will be ending earlier than we have this summer; we will be done at 8:30pm.

$2 at the door (6pm until 9pm)

I want to remind you that LifeWire on Wednesday Night, Aug 3, will be at a different time.

You will need to be at OCEC campus around 5:15pm 

Once there please check in with one of the staff members and then board the bus.

You will be going to Jim Garvison's house for a BBQ and time around a campfire.

You will not need bring money for this event.

We are going to have an all you can eat pizza night on Wednesday. That's right I said ALL YOU CAN PIZZA! It is going to be AWESOME!

All you need to do it bring yourself at 7pm and something to drink.

Did you know that summer officially started today (Tuesday)?

Yep, it is official...we are in summer!                        

What does summer mean?

1) More daylight

2) More sun

3) More sunburns

4) More time with friends

5) Vacations

6) Camp    

7) Time with LifeWire staff

8) BBQ

9) Water   

10) More Jesus!

This coming Wednesday night we are going to Rivercrest Park, which is just right around the corner from the church. We are going to meet at OCEC first and then walk over to the park about 7:10, so please make sure you get to LifeWire ON TIME!

We are going to have some sweet games and some sweet BBQ dogs.

Rivercrest Park has a great water feature that you might want to play in...so, if you want to get wet PLEASE BRING A TOWEL! Don't whine to me that you are cold later!

If you were at LifeWire on Wednesday night I talked about a homework lesson I wanted you to work on.

Please take some time to study this paper. It will not take you long but it will help you as you learn what it means of Jesus being the Living Water.
